Shop Policy:

Most earrings are made out of 18k & 24k gold plated brass or a high quality brass paired with natural crystals. Please note, although it is made with high quality materials it can tarnish overtime, please read Earring Care for your earrings so it elongates the life of your earrings.

Shipping Policy:

All packages are shipped with USPS. Please allow up to 1 week for order to be fulfilled and shipped. Once USPS is in possession of the item, I am no longer in control of the shipping process. Please expect 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive.

Returns Policy:

I do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges to items. I do not offer cancelations once order has been placed. If packages arrive damaged, or get lost, stolen or misplaced please contact USPS to file a claim.
